Ricardo Freddo
The Art of Living
Riccardo Freddo joined us at the first Maison Kaizen retreat this summer, bringing his calm energy, quick wit, and deep curiosity to every moment. An art curator who runs a successful contemporary art gallery, Riccardo is one of those rare people who blend intellect, humor, and presence with effortless style.
Originally from Rome, he studied at Stanford University before completing his Master’s at Sotheby’s, and has since lived between Paris and London, with a former chapter in New York. A contributor to Vogue Italia, he moves seamlessly through the worlds of art, fashion, and culture, guided by an innate sense of elegance and adventure.
He divides his time between La Torre de la Limonaia in Italy — a haven of slow living and Mediterranean calm — and his constant journeys abroad. Whether joining monks in Southeast Asia for a month of silence or riding through the Kazakh mountains alongside nomads, Riccardo embraces life as a continuous exploration of depth and experience.
Sober yet endlessly fun, he finds serenity in his Notting Hill residence, surrounded by books, art, and the quiet rhythm of London’s creative scene.
