A modern approach, redefining wellness
I wanted a home for anyone ready to take care of themselves, whether that’s tomorrow, next week, or next year. Over the past ten years, I’ve cultivated a network of over half a million people, giving me access to incredible talent, inspiration, and like-minded individuals. Maison Kaizen grew from that network: a platform where you can explore wellness products, experiences, and stories—all tested, trusted, and approved by our community.
A Letter from our Founder Rosa Crespo
During my time in Japan as a content creator in between Tokyo Fashion Weeks and a gastro tour I did for VOGUE, I discovered the philosophy of the word ‘Kaizen’, which in Japanese means: ‘small, continuous daily improvements’. It stayed with me for years, so when it came time to create a brand and platform of my own, I knew I wanted to build it around that idea.
Maison is French for “home.” Together, Maison Kaizen represents a place to grow, little by little. It’s not The home of ‘perfection’. It’s a space where wellness is personal, balanced, and real.
When I started Maison Kaizen, I wanted to create something that felt genuine. A space where wellness goes beyond self care and becomes about community, creativity, and meaningful connection. Maison Kaizen was born from my own experiences and from a desire to build something thoughtful, human, and intentional where I can continue growing with the brands I love.
Today, Maison Kaizen is a wellness platform where I host retreats around the world and curate a thoughtful online edit of products backed by science and trusted by our community by invitation only guest edits section on our site. Coming from a background in social media, I understand how difficult it can be to identify what truly works versus what is simply trending. Our goal is to make wellness feel approachable, informed, and real.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a network of more than half a million people, connecting with creatives, wellness professionals, founders, and like minded individuals globally. Maison Kaizen grew from that community, evolving into a space where wellness products and experiences are shaped by real people.
We host wellness retreats internationally and support brands in creating meaningful retreat experiences. Alongside this, we curate product edits, bringing together my favorite wellness essentials in one place, each selected with intention and community trust.
Beyond retreats and products, Maison Kaizen brings people together through pop ups and wellness rituals, from matcha gatherings to mindful movement, connecting our community across destinations including the Hamptons, London Mayfair, Kenya, and St Barths.
